FOR MOM AND DAD: Bureaucrat Vijay Kumar Singh and his wife Pallavi’s 25th wedding anniversary party, planned by their children Harshvardhan and Mugdha, was a memorable affair for the couple.
The couple’s family and friends turned up in large numbers to wish them. The do, organised at a posh hotel in the city, started on an emotional note, with the couple exchanging rings.“My sister and I have planned this evening for them. Right from the surprise cake, special songs and inviting dad’s childhood friend – we have tried to surprise them and make them happy,” said Harshvardhan.

Politico Ramadhar Singh made an early entry and exit at the party. Bureaucrat Ranjan Thakur and wife Shuba came all the way from Delhi to attend the function. Vijay Singh’s childhood friend Anil came from Muzaffarpur especially for the bash. “It’s my best buddy’s anniversary. Uski shaadi mein bhi gaya tha, so how could I miss his 25th anniversary,” said Anil. Bureaucrat Vivek Singh arrived late as he directly came from another party. Musician Uday entertained the guests with his renditions of retro Bollywood numbers.
